First pre heat the oven to 200 degrees. You will need 200g of butter,300g of caster sugar,1 large egg,275g of self raising flour,75g of coco powder,a dash of milk(optional and a bar of chocolate. It does say to add 3 different chocolate bars and diam bars but I didn't have these so I just added one bar of milk chocolate and worked fine.
2.Once you have all of the ingredients weighed add the butter and the sugar and blend until its a smooth consistency. This is what it should look like once mixed I should mix with an electric mixer for about 3-4 minutes.
2. Crack an egg into the bowl and add all of the dry ingredients into the bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.Once mixed if it looks to dry add a dash of milk.
3. It now time to add the chocolate break it up in to pieces and add them to the mixture. Then mix to get an even spread of chocolate.
4. Add tin foil or baking paper on a tray and put them in blobs onto the tray I ended up making about 12.
5. Put them in the oven for 11 MINUTES ONLY you might think they are not done but they will harden up once they have come out of the oven.
6. Leave the cookies on a cooling rack for about 20 mins and then enjoy. I love having these with a glass of whole milk.
